Sai Youth undertakes Tailoring training classes at Dr.Jayant Shah's hospital, Nadiad. 29 sewing machines are installed. On every Thursday Medical camp is conducted. A weekly Medical Centre at Kamala village is run on every Sunday. Narayan Seva, Blood Donation camps and Hospital visit is regularly conducted.
Sai Youth provided Toilets to BPL card holder families (Families Below Poverty Line (BPL) duly identified by the Government of Gujarat) at adopted village Mokampura. 17 Toilets were already provided and another 150 Toilets are to be provided in villages Mokampura, Nani Silod, Moti Silod for which the work is under progress (approximate cost per toilet is Rs.3000.00).
